Do you have wedding and events packages available?
Yes. We offer a three tier “Silver, Gold and Platinum” service offering that caters to all budgets and requirements. Do you customise your services to cater to what clients want for their weddings and events?
Absolutely. Our paramount goal is to ensure we not only meet expectations but exceed in the service we delivery and therefore work closely and collaboratively with our clients in ensuring all their needs are met. Do you have insurance?
As a professional service provider it is essential that our equipment, the clients we service, the venues we operate at and the general public is legally covered. We have comprehensive public liability insurance and can provide a copy of our certificate of currency upon request. Do you provide all equipment?
Yes. We use industry leading equipment such as RCF speakers, sub woofers, Pioneer DDJ’s + Serato Pro DJ software, Chauvet & Beamz lighting, Shure microphones. Occasionally we are required by venues to use in-house equipment. If this is a requirement we use professional hi-spec cabling and PA Mixers to ensure sound quality & reliability. Can we select our own music?
Yes. Upon confirmation of your booking. We will schedule a time with you to go through the music selection process. We have access to thousands of songs and can easily obtain songs through our SoundCloud, Spotify and YouTube streaming services. As professional DJ’s we also have access to songs and remixes that is for “DJ’s only” and not available to the general public. Do you take song requests?
Yes. However we need to balance the request with the mood and vibe of the majority crowd and will do our best to “mix” it into our DJ sets. Occasionally clients provide us with a list of songs not to play which we ensure remains absent from our playlists and DJ sets. How long will the DJ provide music for?
This is dependent on the package booked. The standard is 5 hours of DJ music plus setup and Pack down time. Often clients request additional hours which is subject to fees and rates being negotiated. Can the DJ provide MC services?
Yes, to a limited extent. For example making simple announcements such as “dinner is being served”. For extensive MC work we have the option of providing a professional MC (additional fees and rates apply.) Do you provide a contract for you services?
For smaller functions and events we don’t necessarily provide a written contract but can if requested. For larger engagements, we do. If in doubt we encourage our clients to seek independent legal advice. Note that the client is also protected by Australian Consumer Laws and Guarantees. Do you travel interstate and internationally?
Destination weddings and events is common practice for us. If your event is being held interstate or internationally, we encourage you to engage our services as early as possible to ensure we liaise with the venue, event planners, etc and remove as much stress as possible so you can focus on enjoying the important moments. How do we book and pay for your services?
You may e-mail, call or complete the online form via ‘contact us’. You have the option of paying through bank transfer, direct deposit or cash. An invoice and receipt will be issued accordingly. Do you require/accept deposits? Are we required to pay the full amount after booking confirmation?
Full payment is not immediately required once your event booking is confirmed. We do require a non-refundable $100 deposit to ensure the time and dates are locked in our calendar. Unless otherwise negotiated, full payment is required 1 week before the start of your event. How much advance notice do you require for our booking?
Our recommendation is that you confirm your booking with us as soon as you have booked your venue. It is not uncommon for certain (and popular) dates to book out in advance by 12 months. |
